8.0 FBG this morning. Which is high for me. 6.0 - 7.0 more normal for me. How good or bad is that?

6.8 at 0640 .. higher than lately .. made a gram flour and coconut flour pancake /dumpling thingy to go with the minced beef stew last might and also had a couple of squares of 85% chocolate with some almonds.also didnt do a lot either..
