Just signed up to DCUK five minutes ago - diagnosed three years ago but have manage to control via diet and exercising. The thing is, the older I get the more I find myself worrying about sugar levels - was at 5.8 this morning then 9.1 after brekkie....Not sure if these levels are OK???
