4.7 or 4.8 according to Libre - so unknown really. @Tipetoo Ms thanks for passing on the thanks - you have a good'un there and so does he. @Diawara totally understand new potato chips. One of life's great joys.

5.6 at bedtime and 9 when I woke up! Then 9.4 90 mins later, after one cup of tea and one cup of coffee!

6.4 for me this morning - had Steak Diane last night - I am usually fine with steak but it did spike me (must have been the diane sauce, onion rings and a few or possibly more chips) - I was naughty last night so then had to try and bring it down lower with a lot of rum and diet coke!
