Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

A 9.0 this morning due to not enough insulin with a low carb supper. Figures crept up all day.
Today is a new day. 3rd day of very very low carbing. Canagliflozin did more than I thought.
You keep going. So much effort won't go unrewarded.

5.3 today, although I was messing about bleeding radiators first thing so that reading will be a touch higher than it *should* be.

Morning,

8.7 today, so on the right track. Don't feel nearly as achey in my body either which is a bonus. I have been concentrating on eating no refined carbohydrates the last couple of days, today I will also start eating more vegetables too.

12.9 This morning, but i am full of a cold, cough, bringing up nasty green stuff as well, hope the reading will drop if i ever get rid of this dam BUG !

8.9 at 7am. 2 weeks ago all my FBG were around 6.5, but this week has been so much higher. My diet has been the same so I don't know what's going on.

It could be a number of things, but the main thing is that you stick to what you've been doing, I've had double figures whilst eating the same foods, I know that it's down to factors beyond my control, colds and an infection even with a few days with BG at 10-13 my overall averages are still looking ok 7.2 for a 30 day period and the last 7 days average 6.4.

Think of it a a short term problem and stick to making good food choices.

Thanks @Stallen. I have had a bad cold and haven't slept well as a result for the last few days, so that could be it.
