    Hang in there, I know I keep saying it but there is so many variables, it could be you needed a boost after going to the gym class and your body is just helping you out with some extra BG especially after you've been ill, just because you feel better won't mean that there aren't still trace elements of your recent cold, your body will be trying to eliminate and recover from.

    8.8 this morning, a slight reduction. Had lovely walk yesterday from Worth Mctravers to Swanage, beef stew then walk back. Wonderful. Good to get back to some exercise.

    Does give me a boost after the diagnosis
    Think I've got my head round the LCHF regime
    Can't wait to see nurses face at next test so I can tell her my bg's are because of the advise on here not from NHS
