Morning all, fbg of 5.0 this morning. Had a nasty accident yesterday that spiked my bg right up so I'm pleased to see it back down to normal!

. I ate really well and very low carb yesterday, readings yesterday were all ok, so I have no idea why . Am now off to the gym, which will probbly push it up even further. Grrrr

Fbg 6.9 but not surprised as an awful friday and then celebrated with a carb. I was food hugging myself yesterday to sooth the stress away. Ha ha
