Seems I forgot to hit the "post" button yesterday

It was 5.5 for me yesterday, and I seem to have stopped putting weight on, at least......

I've just added all my recent figures to the graph I keep of all the results I have ever taken, and it reminds me that although I might like to see it a bit lower, its an awful lot better than it was!

But tis up to 5.9 again this morning.

(Levels are not necessarily a true overnight fasting figure, but really a wakeup one, as I eat a late supper)
