After the last two days in hospital and hospital food which put B/S up to 17.0
This morning 7.8
Breakfast all carbs so missed. Had very little else except salad and cheese and yoghurt (with sugar in)
They also wouldn't give a meal with cheese x 2. A sorry state as everything else was carbs and horrible as everyone was telling me.
