5.9 better than yesterday morning but yesterday I was 5.4 before evening meal and 5.3 afterwards both of which I was happy with.

6.2 , I have been up an hour before I checked it . I think it might be liver dump @Clivethedrive you are probably right. My FBS taken in the morning before I get out of bed has been around 5.4
