G'day from a frosty, snowless, Montreal. My BG was 5.2mmol/L this a.m. but that was 'after' a breakfast and a 4km very nippy run routine. I've lost more weight. (I'm posting less to conserve test strips.)

My pre supper BG is 5.4mmol/L.
