Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all.
fbg = 6.2 @ 0535
Cough gone!
Working on diet....oh for some will power!
Now for a day going round the local market.

8.8 not been so high for ages
am on hols though, didn't think I overdid it but maybe too much red wine ...

Thank you Alzebra. We all have to stay positive, even though some days are not so good. I'm determined to beat this disease, if not, at least get even
 
6.9..hmph...with yesterday's 7plus carry on most of the day, it's clear I'm paying for the carbs in a mother's day meal... **** you, woman!
 
7.2 at 0700 today.
Not sure why - could it be because I didn't have any Merlot last night?
