Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yeah, I don't feel too bad this morning but yesterday my levels were definitely higher, back to 6.6 this morning

The information on the left of your screen doesn't tell us the type of diabetes you've developed, and whether managed with medication or diet alone.. Might be helpful to update your profile if you would like suggestions from members

G'Day from Montreal. My waking BG is 5.2 mmol/L this a.m. (@ 05:30hrs. EST)

Very crummy sleep, I'm afraid.. hate this poor sleep hygiene. Wanted to go for a good stiff road cycle. Can't keep my eyes open.
 
Just tryed to update what it says on the left but am unable to find the section to do so, updated my profile will that do?
