Mine was 9.5 and it’s isn’t going down and I fasted most of yesterday and I hadn’t eaten since 2pm yesterday until 8am today

Hello from Montreal. My waking BG was 6.2 mmol/L this a.m. (05:30 EST) (I took a reading twice in a row.)

Hmmm what happened there? My post dinner reading WAS 5.5 mmol/L last night 3 large breaded fish filet for supper.

That couple of pieces of dark chocolate I had late last night? I've been drinking black coffee for at least 3 days.
