No your body is providing you with energy, it happens, it thinks because you've not eaten and are being active you need to tap in to your glucose stores, your liver is just showing that it loves you.I had a lazy lie in this morning - so at 10.00 I was 7.3 now at 11.45 (still fasting) I am 8.0
why is this ?!?!?
Is it because I haven't eaten yet ? Is it because I was doing a lot of housework ?
I really am thinking that I am going backward
Did you have a snack before you went go bed? Your pancreas and liver need something to work on when your asleep, otherwise you will have a liver dump known also as dawn phenomenon. I find healthy grazing and exercise during the day is good, it keeps things ticking over and avoids large sugar spikes throughout the day.I had a lazy lie in this morning - so at 10.00 I was 7.3 now at 11.45 (still fasting) I am 8.0

I'm sure it will. Maybe re-assess what you're eating and make sure you have a little snack before you go to bedMorning all. 7.5 Will it never go down
