Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.4 at Noon

I was out on the lash last night very naughty had a bit too drink and a kebab and only got up at noon
Expected a big number but very happy it was 6.4

Hello.. When we are ill, our bodies make hormones to fight the illness. These same hormones also raise our blood sugars, which is why we need to test our blood sugars more. Hope you feel better soon.
