fbg = 8.00 @ 0615 .... omg!!!
Took meds.
bg = 9.7 @ 0715 ..... no food.
Had half a Lidl hi pro roll will rest again 10ish.

6.7 up from 6 at bedtime. The trend is very much upwards. Time for some vlcd I think
