Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Being lazy on my week off and having some lie ins

Another sub 10 and I'm happy with that
 
Sugars rise in the morning because of the release of hormones. And it could just be inconsistent BG readings, 0.45 either way isn't a lot.

Thanks @Twoplayer I just want it to go down to the 5 - 6 mark like others :( Being impatient I guess
 
Good morning .. At 5am a lovely 5.5 - I'm back in the 5s one week after stopping the meds :) exercise, diet, no stress ... tick!
 
5.8 @ 6.30AM... Had a bowl of stawbs with Oppo ice cream last night, so seems it did not have a significant impact...good job as I reserved a 3 for 2 deal on the Oppo at Waitrose last night. :)


Diagnosed 13/4/16: T2, no meds, HbA1c 53, FBG 12.6, Trigs 3.6, HDL .75, LDL 4.0, BP 169/95, 13st 8lbs, waist 34" (2012 - 17st 7lbs, w 42").

6/6/16: FBG AV 4.6, Trigs 1.5, HDL 2.0, LDL 3.0, BP 112/68, BPM 66, 11st 11lbs, waist 30".

Regime: 20g LCHF, run 1 mile daily, weekly fasting.
 
Good day folks. It was a 4.7 this morning.

Tested every day for a week now. This will bankrupt me
