Morning all. 4.7 this damp morning. After 4.4 at bedtime. Would that be a minor liver dump? Didn't eat a lot yesterday but had a slice of walnut & fig wholemeal bread at lunch time. Slapped wrist for me!!!

Sounds like a variant on your meter. We all have them unfortunately. A 0.3 variant sounds not bad. You have a good meter.

Thanks @ickihun , I have only just started testing before bedding down for the night and it has happened on two out of the three occasions so wasn't sure what to expect. The meter is a Contour Next USB.

That's a shame Cumbs - you were doing really well with your sub-10s. Let's hope it's just a temporary blip. Might even be a virus - there's a lot of it about, apparently!
