Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.3 this morning still need to work on my morning reading
 
8.2 - 20.7.16 - but then again I laid in until 9.15, did test at 9.30, so Mr Liver has given me a kindly gift, I suspect. I did actually wake up at 5, perhaps I should have taken it then. It did occur to me

I would most likely be the same if I am surrounded by those beautiful mouth watering delights
 
4.9 @6:50 (glad I took the cheese board minus biscuits last night, almost went for the Apple pie)

A 4.7 this morning which was a bit of a surprise as I couldn't sleep last night. Totally whacked today so walk may have to suffer,
