Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.4 this morning. Not sure if sliced apples and pita chicken roll for dinner had anything to do with the .6 increase.
 
Morning all.

9.2 which made me raise and eyebrow, quite surprised it is so high. It seems red wine is essential to keeping BG low.
 
4.2 @ 06:35 (had to do a 2.25 mile HiiT walk after an indulgent home made cheese cake)
 
I've had a week off work, and a week off testing and being strict with food. Nothing too outlandish - the odd slice of pizza or sausage roll. Had a bit of a detox yesterday and didn't eat much.

I'm back now - miss me?
