I measured 5.6, which is higher than usual. I had some low-carb-ish treats yesterday, but if this reading is higher because of them, they were worth it These were a baked cheesecake with nut crust and some gelatin ******* with mango and coconut

A quick update to yesterday: I measured 5.3 after breakfast.

Today I had 5.3 and, after breakfast, 5.3 again So, my breakfasts seem to be okay

Okay to stay on thread... 5.8 at 6am, then 5.8 at 10am... pretty pleased with that seeing as i am on the codefree and it always measures higher plus i sircumbed to my husbands omlette which he made with chips... told him to leave me a quarter but left half! So had loads of asparagus and cheese to try to combat the carbs!
