Bit concerned about my upwardly creeping fasting glucose... usually in the 10's or 11's. Over the last week it's crept up to the 12's. DSN is not worried!
This morning: 12.6. With a high blood sugar headache.

I have a day off work, and a serious day of shopping planned... I'm just about to go on the cross trainer and see if we can force a blood sugar reduction to clear my head lol x

Good Morning! 5.8 at 0630 today.
I seem to have been getting around 5.8 - 6.0 recently, after being around 6.3-6.4 for weeks. So all good.
I'll contact my GP surgery today to see if my HbA1c results are back yet. When I had the blood test last Thursday the nurse said it now takes 7-10 days to get the result, used to be 3-5 days.
