in old day calorie restriction was one of the tools too... but to some it is difficult... I use sugar free gum to stand the low calorie some times of the day... and tea of all kinds... and even apple cider vinegar like one spoon full in a big glas of water...
Horrendous...No,,, they were very blasé regarding my Diabetes.... missed two injections because they couldn't get the doc in the right place at the right time!

Personally I blame the chocolate low carb cake
I don't count proteins Freema, but I don't think I have that many... for instance yesterday I only had some mince and a couple of ounces of cheese as far as proteins are concerned. I had carrots, a couple of LC rolls, LC Cake, and three creamy coffees... hmm.. cant remember what I had for breakfast! Today so far I have had 2x egg omelette, two LC rolls with salmon pate.. and two coffeesyes haha ... look at the fun side of it all, but do you count your proteins as well ?
I found that the very many proteins i ate made my morning numbers much higher (like 140 grams of proteins a day) ... now I restrict proteins as well.... when I don´t know what to eat I eat paranuts actually bought in UK from bulkpower ... bought 3000grams and therefor didn´t pay porto.... about 28 £ and then I have enought for many many month, they are packet in vacuum and only 500grams a packet

the rolls are egg whites.. almond flour and psyllium husks. The cake also has almond flour, eggs, and chocolate. Mr E is sleeping just now so I cant ask him what else it has. I may have it wrong but weren't we talking about the reasons for me having a hypono but the low carb cake has something else in it and it is probably not only fats so I guess it is rather high in proteins and also the rolls ....
1 egg has about 7 grams of protein.
cheese is very high protein usually also like 20 grams of protein of 100 grams...
salmon is more protein than fats about 20 grams pro 100 grams..
all healthy things but high in proteins
I weigh 90 kg now and should have a Little less than 90 grams of proteins a day, I choose 80 grams
a little less than 1 gram pro kg body weight

LOL...Nor do I Freema... I don't take insulin I take Byetta/Exenatide which is a pre-insulin I believe ...not sure if that is a true description of it though. BS currently 6.8oh sorry, thats hard to say but when the other blood glucose numbers are so relativly high I would think the Lows are due to something with your insuline that is not excactly in place, but actually I know nothing of insuline taken as medicine
