11.2.... seems to be the norm for my FBG. Again I was 5.6 before dinner last night

Tell me about it! - You just need to look at my readings for the month! Same breakfast but the post prandial can vary significantly, although mainly in the range! lol

Did you get up then? Sometimes I have had a similar reading at that sort of time, and don't get up until later and the number has gone up .....

I do not test in bed as my partner gets ****** about it.

So yes - I got up at 5:00am, went and had a leak, washed my hands, then put the jug on for for my heartstarter black coffee, then I tested.
