Mmm 6.2 ... had a big dinner out last night, think some carbs were hidden but almost a 5 .... and had an awesome night out without stressing about my diabetes!

4.6 this morning (I wouldn't like to think what it is right now after eating an egg custard - she says, burying her head in sand!)

Oops - chicken salad for dinner to make up for my naughtiness. Good job I have the forum to rely on, my appointment with the dietician on Monday has now been cancelled and rearranged to ........ March next year! You just have to laugh!
