Wow!!!!

Did help when I had to tell hospital when taken into cardiac unit for the day. Chest pains and breathlessness. So pleased my bgs are good, they were impressed/pleased. Me too.

Mmm 6.2 ... had a big dinner out last night, think some carbs were hidden but almost a 5 .... and had an awesome night out without stressing about my diabetes!

I feel healthier in 6s. Well done doing without meds too. Not an easy feat.

Back to 5.6 today, even with lunch out at Bills and a fish curry interesting knew as soon as I woke up I'd be in the 5s as I wasn't a sweaty mess LOL tmi? Happy Saturday, off for a swim outdoors

Good morning everyone. I am new to this site - this is my first post. - diagnosed Type 2 in Sept this year. My fasting reading was 5.8 this morning. Settling down nicely.

A 10.2 this morning after no metformin all day with only one insulin injection due to a worrying investigation of my heart etc. Still no better off but awaiting more investigation. No heart attack at least. These on-going palpatations are not from too much levothyroxine. Started with breathlessness, which I've never had. Not panic attack but hoping not more inflammation, as pelvis still not any better. I'm dropping to bits! Ha ha
