Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Mine was 7.7 this morning, thought I would try porridge again but made with water rather than milk, won't be having porridge again an hour later it was 13.8 and it was only a small portion.

Morning All

6.0 this morning, bit brighter here today, the rain has stopped and there's even a hint of sun.

Off up the ladder with the Christmas lights now.....

No porridge for me either. Fbg 8.1 as reduced insulin and now gradually creeping up again. 44 units it has to be. Shame. I'd love to get rid of it or most of it anyway.
I'm daft. I know it does this but god loves a trier. Maybe specialist wants to increase canagliflozin from 100mg to 300mg in mid-January. Then less insulin if no side affects. Fingers crossed.
Still waiting for the courage to go back swimming with crutch. Maybe saturday or sooner at big aquatic centre. Maybe?
