Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning all! 6.7 at 0615 today. About what I was expecting after wholemeal pasta last night, but I'll just have a LIDL roll with terrine tonight. It's a nice sunny morning here so I'll be out for a walk round the park.

It mine was the beginning of March, I Didn't go for the cake option either, I might look at baking a no flour chocolate cake next week for my GF birthday, it could be good reason to break the no chocolate and cake rule, as it is 4+ months since I had any.
 
@Stallen I have gathered all the ingredients for the low carb slow cooker chocolate cake and will make it for Easter weekend.
It will be my first attempt at a cake.

@Prem51 sounds nice good luck with it.

I've made a few normal cakes before, some good, some pretty horrible, as I normally tend not to follow the recipes, but as its for a birthday treat, I'll try sticking to the recipe.

Considering how badly I fell off the low carb wagon yesterday that figure is a minor miracle.

Happy Birthday Ickihun, and maybe it is time to try reducing the Metformin again.

But it seems to be working OK as it is, and I have always resisted fixing things that ain't broken.....
