It mine was the beginning of March, I Didn't go for the cake option either, I might look at baking a no flour chocolate cake next week for my GF birthday, it could be good reason to break the no chocolate and cake rule, as it is 4+ months since I had any.

BG for me this morning 7.3 had a bad tummy in night and got up this morning with a banging head, not too bright today. This is probably the reason for the BG rise today. Never mind these things are sent to try us. :rolleyes:
 
6.7 to day bit better than yesterday, had annual review other day, gained 5kilos since Xmas!!! Haven't changed diet so confused. Doctor told me my meds are weight gaining!!!!! At beginning I was told you lose weight on these meds! Have good day everyone
 
Hi to you all, 5.2 before breakfast (porrage ) went for long walk round park stopped for warm sausage roll and cuppa tea, then check reading before lunch ( tomato with basil ) 5.2 I am so thrilled. And I have even dropped off one of my 4 metformin I will now run on three metformin for awhile.

6.8 this morning fasting.
At 3pm yesterday two hours after lunch it was 5.3,but at 6pm before dinner it was 6.8,I hadnt had any food simce lunch,only a cup of tea about 3.30.I dont understand it.

Not playing nice now...:(

Woke up late yesterday, and 7.0 at 10.30am, but was back down to 5.9 before evening meal.

Today 6.9 at 8.36am, and went back to snoozing after breakfast and so forgot post meal test, but back down to 5.5 just now (1.45pm)

So it looks like I've got my morning liver dump back again with a vengeance.

Happy Birthday! Have a great birthday meal :). Maybe a teeny weeny dessert to celebrate? Finished off with a nice drink to get the bg down? :D
