Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.9 @ 5.15am a night of coughing, so up early. My first ever fasting 5 , even if only just into the fives. Weight down again too, so another positive. That's without exercising for the past 2 days as signed off work, so can't be seen out walking.

If it's for health reasons not a thing they can do. Don't be bullied by ignorance. Stay healthy! ;)
 
5.8 this morning at 5am That's lower again. Looks like a late snack at night (just a few rasps) helps me to keep the liver dump in order? Weight the same.
Off on the long trip to Inverness this morning, using bus pass, so getting off bus in Tain so that I'm not sitting for hours and hours. Exercise and a look around a town I've only passed through before on the bus. Planning my coffee stop already!
