Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

If you consistently stay low carb, your body will adjust and your bg will come down. It takes me weeks and weeks to reduce my bg and if I splurge on carbs it can take a couple of weeks to recover so I rarely do now. The other thing you could try is intermittent fasting. That's really helped me and shifted weight too x

Good Morning. After a lie in, I had a reading of 7.3 at 0730. I had a mug of coffee with sweetener and double cream and when I tested again at 1015 it was 6.1, so it was a with a liver dump first time I guess.
