5.5 this morning after a big buffet dinner and drinks (including using real coke as a mixer). I'm sort of running a little experiment on myself by eating differently each day and then trying to predict the next morning's reading.
It's a long holiday

Hello Folks - I'm BA-ack!

Pretty good couple of days TBH, excellent Graduation ceremony at Portsmouth, great Indian meal, decent hotel, chill over overnight at my sisters last night and a leisurely drive back today. If anyone needs cheering up, Sandi Tosqvigs closing speech is worth a listen, and I believe the whole thing is out there in Youtube land.

In the real world however, actions have consequences and the FBG had a brief vacation to 7.5 on Tuesday afternoon.

Morning figures of 5.3 again on Wednesday and 6.3 this morning I consider acceptable under the circumstances...

5.3 @ 6 am :)
Seems to be getting back to normal now the antibiotics are finished - thank goodness!
(Hope I haven't spoken too soon...)
