23/01 Another 6.2 this morning. A bad eating day yesterday

Good Morning! A bit higher than the last two days at 5.2 at 0530 today. Still it's ok.

I think it might be because I had two skewers of barbecued chicken I bought on way back from beach. They were coated with a sweet glaze which probably had sugar in it.
