@Freema find a comfortable average low carb day and try and stick to that. Steady pace does make a difference to us adrenalin junkies. I normally burn myself out then fit for nothing for days. Not the right way. Steady and enjoyable is needed. Try and forget about food. You know what's good and bad now. Relax and just make good choices. You're more than capable! Go girl!hmm 6.2 at 8:00
my own fault
slept horrible, did eat far too much yesterday : 2615 calories, NO exercise 177 gr carbs 112 gr protein, had both pancake and a glass of wine..good I am off to fitness in a moment..
