Belated post from yesterday .. a whopping 8.8 but I'm feeling good, been low carbing and exercising so think it might be a rogue reading - but annoyingly run out of strips. So who knows ... this sunshine certainly makes it easier to stay on the LCHF path. Enjoy the weather
