Mine was 10.4 this morning, dieting so it's my body racking up the sugar levels. I have been type 2 for over 20 years so the insulin resistence is high. Yesterday I was 11.7 so heading in the right direction

I think I forgot to test til in diabetic unit but nhs have decided to uniform insulin so no change afterall as yet. I'll keep you updated once been changed. It will interesting to see what change in fbgs there are. Lets see!
