My fasting level today 8.3. ****. Over to other T2s now....

Mine was 10.4 this morning, dieting so it's my body racking up the sugar levels. I have been type 2 for over 20 years so the insulin resistence is high. Yesterday I was 11.7 so heading in the right direction

Disaster today. 8.6. Did have one plum yesterday and a stir fry with lots and lots of veg but added some Plum and Hoisin sauce. Obviously not a good idea. Fasting BS has been between 6.2 and 7.3 since coming off Glimipiride. It had been 4.2 - 6 so a marked difference.

Will check later to see if it comes town.
