Anyone else really have to wash the hands good and proper to get accurate reading

Back to night hypo of 1.7 then 3.9. I think rebound from a later injection than normal. Hubby is home! I reduced that last inj too. I'll reduce lunch inj today in conjunction with reduced evening one. Going off food. Sick of having to eat regularly. Roll on next week.
