Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Basal/bolus but told I can skip meals on it due to being severely Insulin resistant. It will need bedding in first thou. Maybe if I'll need insulin after bariatric surgery it will only be basal! Metformin is too hit and miss to rely on but keeps my pcos in remission.
I'm really looking forward to new fbgs after the 12th. They may be a bit rocky at first but looking forward to less food.

I'm sure basal/bolus is much better than mixed - so much more flexible :)

Best number in an extremely long time (3+ years) I got a 4.3 mmol/l (or 78mg/dl) . I'm on day three of following FMD (Fasting Mimicking Diet) designed by Professor Longo.. Yet as good as the number is, its all moot until I start eating again but Professor Longo has given me hope..
