Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Hi Perry1960
When I was on cholesterol medication a few years ago my doctor told me to drink tonic water has it has quinine in it and this helps the cramps. I would check with your doctor or diabetic nurse first wouldn't want to advise wrongly. But it certainly helped me! K
I have just taken up drinking sugar free (low cal) tonic to see if it helps with cramps. Get mine from morrisons. Will have to wait and see. Blooming expensive though as I can only have it in gin.

5.5 this morning. Considering I had a couple of glasses of pastis ( the stuff thats like Pernod but another brand), last night,......( OK it was three glasses).......... , but it was the very last of the bottle I brought home from the lovely French holiday, I think thats OK. Definitely feeling a bit wobbly this morning though :)

I like pastis and make mine with Ricard. I guess that made with Pernod will be the same but my French brother in law always uses Ricard.
