Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good Morning! 6.5 at 0745.
I got my HbA1c results online - 42. Higher than last year but ok. I have been a bit lax over recent months, need to tighten up again.

Your doing good . I've been very disciplined over the last year and can get mine to 43 so to go lower I take my hat off to you!

Fbg 6.3 this morning after only 800cals to eat yesterday but were mainly savoury carbs. Very lethargic today.
