tested BG 14 pre swim ,did 64 laps in 45 mins and it down to 6.1.

Fbg 7.8 . Coming down but was 6.0 before bed. Liver dump at its best.

Didn't want to eat much yesterday. Evening especially. I wont eat to bring my fbg down til after xmas. Took a liver block now and having me time of 20mins. Ah! Kettle has boiled.
