Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Quick Q. Newly diagnosed. I see some mention meds and assume most of you guys are on meds ?

If someone is on meds does it help contribute to a lower morning fasting reading?

Cheers

Hi and welcome to the thread. You would be much better off opening a new thread to get better answers to your question - more people would see it. Tagging @daisy1 for some useful information.

Only been diagnosed with T2D three days ago my first ever meter reading at the GP was 28.9 and multiple readings (going down each time I tested) and three days of Metformin (1 pill at the moment each morning ) and my LCHF my reading @ 6am was 14.6 I know there’s still a long way to go but I’m just happy that it’s going down

So yep I’m chuffed as (lol won’t put what I was thinking)
