I got my blood tests results from Monday at my GP's yesterday morning'

All good good good, haba1c has not changed from 5.4% / 35 mmol/mol again.

Thanks Jim, the hba1c has been the same all year, except for March when it was 5.4 / 36.

i was expecting it to be a bit higher with me eating pasta again, must be something in that reheating pasta trick.

I tried it with mac and cheese it wasn’t to bad but try to keep it for once every two weeks or so have tried small steamed potatoes lately but again try and keep it down to a minimum

Those "Spud Lite" taters that I normally get are in short supply, as there have not been any at Woolies for a while.

So we have been buying what they call baby potatoes, about 25 mm in diameter, can only have two of them tho'.

I forgot to mention in the first post today that my three month bgl average was 5.7.
