5.6 my lowest this year. Insulin dose was changed in clinic on Monday to 8 units am and 10 units in the evening both insulatard. Could this have made a difference after only two days?

Day64 (Wed) ND 4.4.
Yesterday was not as temptation full as I had anticipated, and I managed to avoid having all but a tiny portion of birthday cake, which I covered in cream and enjoyed very much.
Dinner was fish and salad, so maybe I have not lost all semblance of ketosis, although I am rather afraid to check.
Last full day of ND tomorrow, and a visit to a dietitian to discuss how to go on from here.
