Thank you Baruney... I have the grandchildren here with me so I am getting loads of exercise... shame you cannot sort of save it for when you need it... :)
That would be good wouldn't it.....and a magic wand to control the grandkids too!

Pregnancy seems to be doing me wonders. I can now eat pasta! Wholegrain anyway. 1.5 hours I was 6.3.. 2 hours 5.5
last time I tried it I spiked to 10!!
Very odd but im not complaining.

Well almost snap, 8.0 before bed last night - where did that come from? And 7.1 this morning. I wonder if I am trying to hard and just working up to an even bigger fail each day? Wedding anniversary today so am chilling out a bit and we're going out for a streak tonight, walking there too (both low carbing).

Only a small reduction to 6.7 at lunch time but 6 hours after lunch (some cold roast pork, salad and vinaigrette) we're down to 5.7, although 6,000 steps of walking between lunch and then might have helped. Off to the restaurant shortly...

5.1..............after 7.6 last night...it went up way higher than expected after dinner and actually continued to go UP.... peaking at 1am...no idea what happened there :(

know how you feel Gezzabelle. was 4.8 prior and had virtually zero carbs for dinner. late night out, walked quite a bit BUT i was a good boy & didn't touch a lick of food. 6.5 at 2am. thankfully liver did not dump & back to 5.4 in the morning.

7.2 today :) down again ....cloudy skies today, I do hope it is not going to rain :wacky:

6.1 mmol / L this morning.
5.2 mmol / L at bed time.

Fasted for 37.5 hours. Disappointed with this reading - had hoped it would be in the early to mid 5s.

Suspect:

1) Late bed time - past 1am.
2) Too many carbs in re-feed - only 53g!
3) Tested past my Dawn Phenomenon.

Ah, well, tomorrow's another day. ;)
