stopped monitoring for a bit as i was on a nut binge & the occasional diabetic chocolate treat...
gained almost 6 lbs...ridiculous.
regained some discipline in the middle of last week. thankfully, lost that 6 lbs. hope i never find it again...
5.6, 5.5, 5.4 over the last 3 days...

We all have the odd binge once in a while. I am fighting the old steroid munchies so know what you mean

for me, it's a nasty habit i developed since childhood..always munching.
as i have stopped eating the sweet stuff, i binge on nuts with unparalleled vengeance..
then, sanity returns, normally about a week later..
next time, i think i will try those homemade zucchini crisps instead..

5.7 before bed 5.9 )))))) this am. Have different manufacturer of my metformin so wondering if that's making a difference as when I had this tyoe rhe other month my sugars were in the 5's then changed brand and back in 6's!!!!!

When ever i collect my metformin and the brand changes i always see a difference in readings. Even though they are generic same formula different manufactures.thought it was me.prefer oval to the round ones

Problem with that is I'm a vegetarian and have been for
20 years so used to filling up on carbs and there's only so much you can do with eggs and acorn. Anyway had a good day today just need to keep going.
