6.9 mmol / L this morning.
4.7 mmol / L at bed time.

Slept through alarm or more likely switched it off in my sleep. So, undoubtably surfing my dawn phenomenon this morning - with added stress!

Hi @nomistheman,
Thought this might make you smile.

Still to experiment on a flour substitute. Is a combination the best way forward for a roux? Not tried as yet.
Hi baruney,i made a cheese sauce last night , i use gram flour 1oz to 1 oz of butter for the roux, cook it out slowly until golden brown then add your milk , works for me

Friday morning 4.0mmol/L at 6.15am. Bright golden dawn today. Clear sky, but rain forecast.
Ninety minutes hill walking.
Guests arrive this afternoon, so not much chance of exercise apart from early morning, for next 2weeks.

4.5 am, nother grey morning round these parts... and likely to be wet...
Hope your Friday is good.
