Apologises been a little lax in posting recently but still testing, fasting for last week have all been between 4.7 & 5.5, so happy enough with that.
Will get back into routine for posting each day, just that it's been a little hectic with one thing and another.
Hope everyone is doing well in their own way.

Have you tried the low sugar low salt beans heniz and Sainsburrys do them. Dad says they are nice but I don't like baked beans so can't tell.Since my readings came back to normal I experimented a bit, again...
After a pre-prandial reading of 5.1 I had a bit of an exagerated lunch as follows:
- 1 1/4 can of Heinz BB
- handful of bacon rashers
- 1 slice of tapioca bread toast, butter
- handful of grated emental cheese
Post-prandial reading 7.0
Oops:-o
There was no RH swing, no headaches, just a bit of feeling full.
Conclusion: BS should remain under 7, which I'd prefer, if I either wash the BB of sweet sauce, OR I skip bread;-)
Take care:-D
Hi Lou, I've recently seen a docum about the real sugar content of these low sugar/salt BBs, and it turned out in most cases, the levels were higher than the normal products:-(Have you tried the low sugar low salt beans heniz and Sainsburrys do them. Dodged a bullet there methinks!4.8 yesterday morning and, after an unusually carby day that started with a bacon and egg bap, a burger and half portion of chips in the middle and finished with a carvery meal with rhubarb and apple crumble for pud a 5.7 this morning after a 7.0 last night - could have been worse me thinks!!
