Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

    04.55hrs 5.8 not sleeping well at the moment but doesn't seem to be having a big effect on BG levels.

    Try lavender oil on your pillow or on a tissue under you pillow. You can get it form Holland and Barrett:)

    Thanks had my first head ache yesterday evening in nealy 2 weeks and my bgs was all over the place peaking at 12.2 at one point and no reason for it that i could see

    5.4 fasting. In London this morning and the outlaws are now in Greece for a few months.

    Woke up this morning at 3 starving. Fridge raid of coleslaw and ff cream cheese. Going to go out and keto breath a few Cockneys in a minute.
